Has everyone noticed that Scharf and his cronies have gone radio silent now that layoffs are going to kick off next weak with a vengeance? These guys are hiding from team members, oops, I mean employees. Weak, but we already knew that!!

one rumor floating around is that Scharf and his gang are quiet because they’ve been delving in their own private celebrations. I guess when you’re that rich you feel you can do anything, including dalliances with one another. Take it with a grain of salt and all that, but supposedly Scharf and Saul, especially, have something going, if you get my drift. I don’t give a hoot what these people do in their personal time but if true it just amplifies how detached they are from what we’re going through, anticipating the inevitable layoffs.
Honestly the less insincere BS I'm presented with, the better.
It makes sense. Vampires normally rest before they feed...
good hopefully they were first in line to get canned! That probably fix the 10 billion dollar issue
Writing on the wall is pretty clear. Mid year bell curve required High % of poor performers documented. Requiring full year reviews to be written by September is no coincidence. Easy way out from paying severance is to terminate for poor performance.
I can count on one hand how many videos from chainsaw I’ve seen in one year. Guy is not communicative , thus this is statue quo. Interesting that a new ceo of a huge company that wants to complete get it and transform it is not out there more pitching his vision. Shows what he thinks of us employees
I don’t remember them being at all communicative before.
It’s also quiet period before earnings...( or will be shortly)
This month is filled with 2021 financial planning, but also this month was when the new plan was due to the Federal Reserve to remove the asset cap.
I’m no defender of this management team, but there are very important things occurring this month.
