Did you log any complaints today. Banker says no, I didn’t receive any complaints. Manager says didn’t your last customer say she got wet in the rain walking from the parking lot. Let’s log it. We’re short on complaints.

@1evp+16S4YQDN Yes they are, at least for IT.
wait what - so they don't categorize them? Auditors are not stupid and can see this through.
Yes, can someone please explain why logging complaints is so high on our to do list? I work in a branch that is open for appointments only, and we do drive up transactions all day. The minute a customer sighs, we have to log a complaint. What is their reasoning?

It's called burying the regulators in paper. Logging innocuous and irrelevant complaints creates a large amount of paper. The regulators and auditors will only pull a sampling of the complaints. The real stuff gets hidden in the mountain of c-ap.
Wait What? I’m in WFA, so I don’t get it. Why are they saying you should log complaints?
Glad to know it’s not just our branch, requesting us to do more complaints. He we go again...leadership at it’s best!
Customer-I got a fee on my checking because I forgot my car payment was coming out. Can you waive the fee for me.
Banker- sure mr customer I returned that fee for you
Manager-make sure you log the complaint
“ there was a line at the ATM and it was hot outside so I just decided to come in to make my deposit”

Move to IT, we have complaints all day every day.
You are kidding me like the bank don't have enough c-ap going on? What a bunch of b.s. that manager should be fired.
I don’t understand this push for complaints. My group is also being told we do not have enough complaints.
