Dark Days ahead

Expect the store life to remain a cra p shoot. With reduced staffing each time someone takes a vacation (which average out to about 2 weeks a month) the entire flow will change. Go ahead and try to hit your team quota. No room in store, no rep immediately available, more stress and now that customer walks or comes in p'ssed off. When you totally reduce staffing and "math" out the volume vs staff I think the geniuses forgot about all our busy times and vacation. Does a store now get quota relief due to only taking appointments?? These people are evil corporate monsters that are not building for sustained success! I'd love to visit the corporate office and see the sinful waste that goes on.

The trainings we take have become one big sociology course with no real world knowledge of what happens in Verizon retail stores with aggressive or even irate customers! The SMs aren't controlling the doors anymore and have delegated the reps to do their job in tegard to digital recommending and appointments. This was only to happen if they are busy and they can't do it! The 2 sms we have take advantage every time. So the reps are controlling the business in a soon to be 2nd spike pandemic! While these people don't do much and put more stress to the few reps that are left. No surprise the Sms only know how to delagate it the old culture in plain sight!

Form a union with your coworkers...call CWA..u guys would be better off...u not hearing Bs like this at ATT...I wonder why? Could be be because they are union...hmmmm ...think about it folks...be wise

You can have $0 sales for the month and hit a .95. RIS is all that matters. High RIS and no sales = $1258 but max out sales and have a bad RIS = $689. There’s no incentive to try and hit sales goals now. I don’t want to touch accounts anymore for fear of getting a negative survey.

Dude nobody cares or even tries to hit team quota. The bulk of your commish check is now based on RIS scores. We are guaranteed like $500 and it builds from there based on the surveys. Hitting quota actually only makes a small difference. How Verizon thinks this new structure will be profitable is beyond me.

What’s happening is by design. They will continue to feed you happy thoughts in the meantime. Understand they are done with retail and your issues are expected but not cared about.
