There are some perceived underperformers who are clueless right now that they are going to be laid off, but pretty much every one on their team and other business partners all know. Are they any people like that who you work with?

I wouldn't say I know who would, but I could certainly take some high probability guesses based off known work performance.
Some do for sure..not all
It’s harder to tell now that we aren’t in the office anymore. Its easier when you can see who gets ignored in meetings, who has lunch with the boss every day, etc.
