All, if you haven’t already, sign up for Fed Ex delivery notice on the Fed Ex website. If you are on the 9/16 lay-off list, you should get a Fed Ex delivery notice on 9/15 when hr creates the delivery label. Then, expect a meeting with your manager and the delivery of the severance package via Fed Ex right after the meeting. They are timing the delivery of packages like clock work.

What is the originating city for the FedEx packages? Anyone know?
As a manager who has displaced people in other cities, the FedEx is sent after they confirm communication about displacement to the impacted. Maybe it is different if they mass notify, but in all 3 situations I dealt with I had to confirm that I had the chat then they sent the FedEx. We were supposed to say that they’ll get a package in 2-3 days with more info.
Can you not read? Sign up and if you get a notice that wells fargo is shipping you something I'd be concerned.

True, but if it’s sent out 9/15 I’d be nervous. Other days, maybe not.
Thought I read on teamworks they are going to be shipping everyone some type of covid care package so chances are anything coming from wfb to your home is going to be that in the coming weeks
I have some notice that there is a fedex package waiting for me as they were not able to deliver. Its been like 3 weeks now so not sure what its for. I am not expecting anything so not too worried about it and dont want to risk my health trying to pick it up. Not really sure who it is from or some scam.
Same thing was posted prior to the first August round and it’s solid advice! I downloaded the app & created an account (I would prefer to know ahead of time). Shortly after that I got a notification that I had a package on the way and almost had a heart attack—it was something I bought online that was forgotten about. LOL
