Looks like Colleen landed at Amex. Anyone with any insight on the merchant services business line in general?

Previous post from Aug 9:

Aug 9, 2020 ... I work for Merchant Services in Central Sales in Arizona and I heard our entire department was getting laid off. Anyone hear anything similar?

Sounds like something is happening....

Given ray is the head of merchant services, if it isn't ray then question the op and who this person actually is that is leaving.

Typically, people leave because:

  1. They are not properly compensated or someone else is willing to pay more.
  2. The job or company is terrible.
  3. Adding on to number 2, if the person was hired and the job is over their head, they will stay until the work catches up with them.
  4. They visit a psychic who tells them doom is ahead. In WF's case, they simply pick up a newspaper or watch a news cast, or read company releases.
