With so many people got axed, those who still with O will suffer a lot. If you already think your job is not easy, it will get harder.
Lots of good people got the axe Thursday. Those that remain get to pick up the slack. Ones that left took with them a lot of undocumented tribal knowledge that those above have no effing clue about. Cannot blame the riffers, they are just doing what they are told to do. But s—s for those that put their heart and soul into this company for so long.
It all started with Cain and Abel, when in jealousy, Cain laid off the better worker who was more able.
10% cost saving is the Corp goal until FY21 Q2. Based on the fact that Oracle is operating in many countries across the globe (some would call this worldwide), the cost saving will take some time in various countries that do not have the great worker law rights as in the US.
