Let’s see how much carnage happens by months end. I feels like I’m heading to battle rather than going to work. WTF happened here? I can’t help but laugh at my reality

It has been a stated objective for quite awhile that WF needed to reduce its staff by 10%. Unfortunately while some groups have reduced down significantly through attrition and some areas were sold off all together (payroll, insurance), other areas of the bank expanded and WF is still here with over 260,000 employees. Add in that WF has kept a larger branch footprint with higher staffing levels then the competition and you can see where we are.
The big dogs sending us all to the poubd. Also, why are so many posts unavailable to leave comments?
The sh!t show will happen. Been with WF for 18 years and seen it all. Dodged multiple assumed layoffs. But this one will be the dagger.
Cheers

Yup, nothing you can do about it. Sit back and watch the sh-t show. But know this sad, sad situation took a number of years to create by a bunch of over paid, self serving, self important “Team Leaders”.
Feels more like “Tropic Thunder” here. Classic! LOL I think I’ll have to watch that tonight, rather than keep wasting my time worrying about something I have no control over.
Make no mistake, we are in battle every day with NYC.
