No attempt to communicate to employees. It's the avoidance theory. Easier to hack away when you feel nothing and have no attachment to employees.

I don’t recall seeing chuckles since the very early stages of Covid when he posted that video of him in his study with expensive bookcases in the background. The guy certainly isn’t trying to win team members over that is for sure
