Compensation to be communicated in late January, incentives to be paid on Feb 5. As you might expect, performance evaluations will occur before year-end.

You folks think bonuses are going to amount to much this year? We will certainly post another loss in Q3. Do we historically pay out bonuses when company performance s—s?

We were told reviews will be written by mid-October, communicated mid-January. The other dates jive with what was communicated to mgrs in my area
If you are a mgr you should know this. I think you aren't if you don't. Reviews by Oct. Merit and any incentives in February. 100% accurate. No 4th quarter cannot be used because pools will be decided in October.
This is new in that it's a new way of doing things, but the updated timeline was communicated several months ago.

I have directs. No one has communicated to me to have evaluations done in October.
Where are you getting this info from? It would be nice to get comp information and bonuses earlier in the year.
Although I don't expect the bonus to be great next year. Last year I knocked it out of the park and was disappointed with my bonus not even being at target. It made me realize that in my current group my bonus has less to do with my individual effort and is instead tied to the group's allotment. It doesn't seem like this group really changes individual bonuses and instead just gives everyone the same % of target.
So q4 results no longer factor into incentive payout?
Perf evals to be done by October. Bonus pools decided by end of October.
Get bonus, then peace out. Also mail it in once performance evals are done.
