They are moving to the Duke Energy buiding. That building has always been WF but was leased out due to PR issues during the recession. It would have been a horrible look for the company during bank bailouts to move into that owned-space; instead, they opted to rent it out to Duke Energy. It was always a plan to return.

One Wells is moving to Three Wells Fargo and that’s been he plan since long before Charlie beginning with us. More people will be working from home too. Don’t read into it too much.

That tells you how many people in Charlotte they expect to be gone since there is no open space here at present.

About time. Too much real estate footprint in CLT and SFO.

with that logic, why have fort mill or ballentyne, etc.? One WF is home to execs, risk, legal and wim. The talent there gets the perk of a view bc we all know there arent any other perks.

I have sat at every uptown building and 1 WACH (it will always be 1 Wach to me) was my favorite. Whoever moves in I hope they enjoy the view from the top. This makes me sad.
