Which jobs can't be upskilled in tech?

Does anyone know what determines who's "not able to be upskilled" per SVB? Sounds like jobs that used to be called BSCs, tech relationship managers, initiative managers and strategy might be the intended targets.

I've heard rumors about QA being moved to EGS and major hits coming to ICS.

Probably the info security consultants working security plans. No chance of up k–ling there, they are all working on 90s tech architecture beliefs

Most likely Non Automation QA Positions.

That's a broad statement, which I understand you didn't make. I agree with the positions you listed though. On the surface, can a tech relationship manager be upskilled to code? Probably, not everyone is untrainable, but reading between the lines, the effort doesn't want to be made to upskill people in non-development roles, so they'll be displaced.
