keep working hard to keep your skills current; I am not sure the worst will come this year, as its a muti year effort.

In addition once this pandemic lifts, that means everyone will be assigned an office I am guessing. This will be up to them to stay or go, so as mentioned a lot through attrition. I am wondering if that is what they meant. This is why they only move WFH out a month at a time as that was the main way they wanted this to happen but the pandemic dropped on everyone as layoffs in such a large scale are costly too.
