Is it likely the St. Louis WFA campus will be moved to Charlotte in a consolidation effort? WFA does allot of FA training there.

St. Louis is still one of the seven core locations for corporate risk
WFA also does a significant amount of training in STL. Pre-pandemic, there were large (100+ people) trainings seemingly every other week. They just sold off a piece of underutilized space but that was mostly because the building was in terrible shape and they want to put up a hotel to be used for WF travelers. The land is cheap so no way would they sell just to make money. There are a ton of non-WFA employees that work there as well. A lot of regular WFC people work there.
They could just sell The clearing house.. First Clearing
I think they are area 2 like Charlotte
WFC may own the land/buildings, but they've sold quite a few buildings over the last few years so I wouldn't automatically presume that ownership = safety. If it's worth a significant amount of $, they may be looking to sell it.
I thought cbre owns now??
St.louis is cheap labor compared to other areas and they own the campus. If this was to occur I would assure they would be Selling off WFA completely.
