Nothing 25 years of good old boy racism, misogyny, lame excuses, bad raises you know the managers always take the most money first. No matter how hard you work you never get more than 2% or worse. Most male managers have a mistress doing most of their work. No compliance when it comes to their buddies and no training this place is the worst LEAVE while you can it will destroy your health and happiness. Seriously they don't care if you die at your desk. !!!!!!!! Awful.

I have amazing colleagues and great management; I also enjoy that my work makes a difference. I know some won’t agree and will think I’m a troll. I’m a legitimate employee who still believes we have great people and can get over our hurdles. I want to see our transformation, as difficult as it may be.
The number one reason for employee retention is the hope for a package.
Some of my co-workers but not much else. We are all in the same boat with no paddle.
I like my team and my team lead and they gave me an opportunity to work for them when everyone else turned me down.

Lunch time is pretty good. And they pay you to goof off and post on this board. Ok seriously, I stay because I have some good friends here. Management isn’t the best. Regulators are hiding around every corner... but good friends make it bearable
