Folk, stop blaming Charlie for his comp package. The comp committee of the board of directors approved it.
No one wanted the CEO job. Why do you think it took so long to find a replacement? And, how do you think they got that replacement? They had to offer a crazy comp package because whomever takes the CEO role is playing a game with their career, forever.
