WF spends more time it seems worrying about bonuses and their many “social” justice clubs than customer service and creating shareholder value.
An executive told me that shareholders don’t matter any more.
I say fire 100,000 and cut pay for the rest.
80-90000 is the number. They want to get to 160k employees not to mention 30k in India. Heard Global Sanctions/ wires/ going there. Philly a has been as far as those up there.
Not only is IT off-shored, they are also off-shoring Finance. They moved IT support from Manila to India because India is cheaper. I've been on a call with a Financial Analyst who was in India.
