Anyone have an inkling about what the All-team meeting this afternoon is about? It got scheduled out of the blue on Friday, and there’s nothing in the meeting details. I know there’s rumors of lay-off stuff this week, and neither my manager or senior know anything about what it’s about (or so they say)

What a massive waste of time. He literally invited 1000’s of people to hear him talk about nothing relevant.
Someone asked a question about layoffs and a non answer was given.
"whatever we do won't affect the work towards getting our issues fixed and we'll be thoughtful about whatever we do".
OK.
He just said there is not a specific lay off date for compliance. He said it’s a multi-year process and he will give more information when he can.
Waste of time!!!! These leaders are a bunch of worthless clowns!!!
Half way through the meeting - nothing meaningful.
No real info is ever disseminated in all-team meetings. It will just be some fluff.
It could just be for the interim CCO to introduce himself and talk about things until Paula arrives. Then we will get another call in Oct!
Last minute all hands meetings tend to be announcements. Could be anything from there will be X people laid off or that compliance is not affected at this time.
I'm pretty sure not all departments will be hit at once. So maybe yours will be later or not at all. May seem to forget that even with mass layoffs they will still be over 140k employees left.
