Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Make Your Own Hours.

I thought block scheduling meant that you had to follow your schedule given to you and that was that. So why is it that team leaders can come and go as they please? Make up their own hours and not be in their department. If a regular associate were to do this, they would get coached or fired. It must be because of who you know and how much a– you kiss that determines what you are allowed to get away with. Stop having rules for certain associates and start having and enforcing rules across the board. Managers stop.letting your friends get away with this c-ap.

You must be one of those a– kissers to make make a reply like that. And it does affect you when your team lead picks their own hours and is an extra body but isnt there to help which screws you over. But you must be one of those gets away with everything brown nosers.

Team leaders have to constantly change their schedules due to call outs, our store averages 12 -15 call outs daily, our team leaders are always helping cover these shifts.
