This persons accountabilities and org structure are unbelievably complicated, I read it 3 times and gave up. People that roll up under operations are going to have a heck of time trying to figure out who is charge. And all across the company there are new roles being created with hefty salaries.
The org announcements are coming out in like 10-minute increments now! Why bother doing any work as the reporting changes constantly, and people have no clue what is going on. On top of that, you have the pending layoff. Luckily with a lot of people working at home, we can't be miserable in the office together.
