Reapply for "a" job here, or reapply for "my current" job here?
If I were at my previous employer, I would absolutely apply for a job here.
If WF tells me that I had to reapply for my current job that I am doing, then no way. I like my team, my manager, and the job. But if my current performance isn't good enough to keep my job here, I would move on in a heartbeat.
Well, with the hub cities rules in place, many of us wouldn't be able to return even if we wanted to.
I was part of the Wachovia merger layoff, took a 6 year hiatus from WF to come back in a different state and a different division. I can tell you the issues are in middle management! I'm glad to hear they want to restructure it because many should not be in leadership positions. I continue to see promotions of their friends and not the most qualified candidates.
I too will be leaving as soon as I can. Maybe getting rid of alot of the old WF will be beneficial!
I like my job, my team, and my manager so I would gladly hang around. Maybe I’m one of the lucky ones.
I like the people I work with.
Not as long as my group’s current management team is in place.
There are good and bad people everywhere. You can get a great, new job, make great, new friends and have a great, new manager elsewhere.
So many WF employees are acting like boiling frogs...the water temperature is heating up and they are acting like it's a lovely hot tub.
I'm getting the heck out as soon as possible. I ain't no stupid frog.
Lol I mean I’ve met some great people, been challenged, and enjoyed it.... but I’m getting the f out lol
In a heartbeat! Like my job, boss, and teamates.
Sure thing. Great team, challenging and engaging work, great pay!
I would. I haven't had any issues working at WF so maybe I'm one of the lucky ones.
Snowball's chance in Hell.
