Wells will be leaving One Wells Fargo Center in uptown Charlotte by the end of 2021

"The 42-story tower, which contains a little more than 1 million square feet of office space, will be rebranded and renovated as legacy anchor tenant Wells Fargo & Co. will exit more than 500,000 square feet of space by the end of 2021.

The move has been expected for some time, as Wells has been consolidating its real estate footprint at buildings it owns in uptown. But the reduction in space is larger than detailed in earlier reports, and a deal was recently finalized."

Just means that they still want people in the Charlotte emperor; potentially working majority from home but able to come in for meetings as needed. Win win for them. They track in and outs and majority of those with office space are only there less than 50% of time anyway- why pay for that??

So what will happen with 2 and 3 Wells Fargo? Will their numbers change? Two is now One, Three is now two?

Nobody is working in Uptown Charlotte. Complete ghost town.
