Would you be able to elaborate a little more? Someone posted they are making layoff packages that will go out from July to October. Here are some questions I hope you may be able to answer about this round:
Does it look to include mostly managers or who is getting hit hardest?
Do the packages layoff whole teams or how many in general to a team?
Which departments are getting these?
Do you know if it is actually based on the team member's mid year rating?
Do you know what these decisions for this round were based on?
Are the people getting laid off all getting the severance that the benefits books says will be given?
Are the packages you're creating the final for this year or were you told more are coming as well?
I'm asking because Wells has been dangling this threat over our heads for 2 years now and I'm so sick of waiting for that second shoe to drop. Any solid info would be much appreciated.
