Guys itbstaryes getting bad about 5yrs before hans. He’s just a puppet
fully staffed teams acting as handlers for consultants now scrambling to actually do the work.

Why is it so hard for you naysayers to accept that IT is currently staffed by the most knowledgable IT professionals, people that know what they are doing? Is it so hard to accept that CoFee is bug free, as well as the numerous other systems that are being relied upon to operate in an efficient manner?
Please ignore the thousands of complaints coming from the field, as those are obviously figments of their imaginations?
When do we finally come clean, admit the current IT team are not up to the task, and clean this damn mess up?

You do not know a thing about GTS if you do not know how people are pushed to work over the weekends.
Since there are no consultants. Employees are asked to fill that gaps.
