How about any good attorney suggestions for Washington state.
Larry H. Parker
Depending on your state, you might be able to legally record your own calls. Look up single consent phone recordings and/or consult an attorney.
South dakota and I know its an at will state. I opened hr case asked if I could record calls was told no. Well if I cant get proof its just my word against a minority female over 40 leader and I'm a white dude. I'm screwed.... privileged my a– im scratching to stay alive.
Yes. There’s a great firm by the name of Dewey, Cheatum, and Howe.
Marcillino and Tyson and Eddie Knox are just a few lawyers who have taken on Wells. Wells has an army of lawyers that are mostly id–ts. Thing is in an At Will state, you can be fired for anything. Do like I did and took my I Phone in and recorded my demise. I got three times severance and ultimately took down the head of Risk.
WF is more apt to settle and package you out so that you sign a legal muzzle in the process which will include language about you never being able to work for WF again. Ever. As well as language releasing them from any an all liabilities and preventing you from suing them ever again.

Wells is pretty quick to settle after a month or so of posturing. It really depends on what State you are in. Lawyers fall under each State Bar. Can you at least tell me the state you work in? I know several good lawyers that have beat Wells Fargo quite easily and quickly.
You don't stand a chance against Wells' army of lawyers. Save your sanity and $$, and move on.
