Stores that have not opened yet are not going to open back up and some management have already been laid off from Friday call. RSC’s from those stores have a call Monday 6/15. Does anyone have info on if existing level 1 stores will remain open or close?

Thank you for your honesty.
@naa- they didn’t tell us anything at all about it, except what I wrote. They told us to not even tell our reps, which we did anyway because I rather they hear it from someone who cares than be blindsided. I will know more after tomorrow mornings call and I will update with all the info that is given out. I wish I had more to tell you but they literally gave us the bare bones as usual.
Is there any details regarding pay for the virtual call center position? is it a pay cut? we don't seem to have any information on this at all.
I am a manager who was on the Friday call, I posted all the details I have on a different thread (it’s under “former topics” on bottom of the lay-off home page). To be brief- the RSCs on tomorrow’s call are from stores who have not opened and will not open and are being laid off, unless they accept the virtual call center position, which is guaranteed for them. They will have 24 hours to accept or decline. If they decline, they can look for other jobs but nothing is guaranteed. I’ll be on the call tomorrow and have more details I can relay. As for closing more stores, it’s just a matter of time, especially if you’ve got an AR near you or if you’re low volume, they told us they’re re-evaluating all store leases and decisions will be made in the coming weeks and months. The plan has been in the works for years to close down many COR locations and turn into AR and just keep high profit and Flagship locations, and this “pandemic“ seems to be their perfect little opportunity. Best of luck to all, it’s a tough time to lose a job.
Reps have a call tomorrow. I think RSCs will be offered severance or work from home job. I’m not 100% sure though.
