Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

bill morrow is the gream reaper

you know he's out there, and you pray he doesn't find you.

if you don't know who billy boy is, just google him with att beside the name. then let that cold shiver move slowly down your spine.

rest assured, he's out there, with a very, very deadly spreadsheet, aka book of life/book of career death.

he's on a very special mission from randy himself, who had his arm twisted hard by hedge funds that make randy toss and turn in cold sweat all night.

don't say you weren't warned.

billy boy has 1 job, and 1 job only: termination/consolidation/transformation aka headcount collector

he's made his list, this weekend he's checking it twice, and Monday or tues. the trumpets will sound

lol I use to come to this site to help future workers run for the hills if they are thinking of working there - but I see my work is done and there really is no need all they have to do is come to this site and read because att is basically devouring itself and has become it's own worse enemy. they literally don't know which way is up anymore. but make sure you take elmer's gun away because that is the most important item this company needs to do. lol

Com’on, you all know they brought him into to cut cost and not to grow revenue. Does anyone know how to grow revenue, anyone? This is the mindset, let’s hire a high paying ax men to come in and cut cost to cook the numbers for a quarter or two. Meanwhile, customers keep leaving. Fixing the failures is way too hard. Going after the low hanging fruit, that is executive speak for you.

Cutting cost doesn’t make products or services more attractive or competitive. Outsource the whole HBO max workload, still can’t get subs.
