Severance for RSCs

Hi, do any of you know what the severance package is like for RSCs? I want to know if anyone recently got a severance as an RSC and what is it composed of.

Let’s just say I had been with the company for 6 years and they were only offering me 3500. When they wanted to lay me off for switching job positions.

As a union employee that probably clings to it’s bogus protection you should read your contract and you’d know......

Depends on the contract and if they add anything extra to it. However, if you grab your book it will tell you.
