We got an e mail, some stores will remain closed permanently and the new ones won't open any longer. Some will get offered Customer Service jobs for the call centers or a severance package but unfortunately jobs are by seniority. Good luck to those who make it !! Please take this post seriously.

Not lies, Stores that are currently closed will not open. The management there is surplussed and the RSCs will have the choice of virtual call center or severance.

This is also for Managers by the way not only RSC's. This includes IHX, they're considered Management well. E mail also says some positions will be eliminated.
