As of yesterday, stores that are not open or with imminent plans of opening will never open. Non management will have options. Management will be let go.

I have a buddy who’s in Florida he just told me today that he had a call with his DOS. They announced they were permanently closing 2 COR stores in his area. The reps were given the option to work in a virtual store while management was suggested to apply for IHX or look outside the company.
I got out of AT&T just in time.
Hearing only virtual call center is going to be offered and it may be at a reduction in pay which s—s Or Severance package. Nothing about moving reps To other stores which I think would be fair.
I guess Lily is out of a job again.
Any word if they are moving reps to different stores or is home call Center the only option?
