One more thing, find your states Warn law Web site and book it. Employers are required by law to post to that within a certain period (maybe 90 days)
From what I know, that is within the timeline for a lot of what is trying to be done for Operations for one Line of business. And btw, the work and planning never once stopped or even paused. If anything it was accelerated during COVID.

that would be great to know on layoff timeline; reading other posts seems only workers in US are getting cut.
