What is going on I keep seeing different threads on layoffs when I look at my managers face They look very worried as if their job is on the line. Nobody here has yet to give any valid information about any layoffs regarding cor stores managers, or rscs. To be honest I would love to see some assistant manager jobs get cut a lot of these assistant managers don’t do anything.I don’t want to hear about wire tecs losing their jobs I want to keep this thread strictly about people who work in Cor stores

The max is $18000.00 it’s $700 a week or your weekly base times the years of service.

No chance to advance in seniority when there is a hiring freeze on the bottom...
Someone said that they are going to start with the RSCs who have hit the MR75. Offer them a buy out and retirement. Could that be true? If so, I might start getting the work schedule I want and move up in seniority.
No way RSCs are getting touched. It’ll cost too much to pay them out.
Lots still to sort out but July most of them and all complete by end of August.
So, when will retail be cut by 30 to 40%? Will it be this month or next? I just want to know how much longer I have to deal with retail hell and get the buy out.
30-40% of corporate retail is getting cut that’s every level taking that much of a hit including RSC. Everyone gets 6 month package including management and saying the cwa will protect if so freaking laughable
RSCs can’t be laid off, we got that sweet CWA Protection! And if you do get laid off, check your contract because you’ll be getting either 6 months paid hourly or a lump sum of $18,000. Why do we RSCs get it so good? God, it feels good to be the king.
Not at ASMs are terrible. I know many, including myself, who are the ones running the stores and keeping everything going well. We are the ones handling back office, coaching, helping close sales, etc. Most RSMs delegate to ASMs and sit in their offices all day. I hate to see anyone lose their jobs. Many folks have families to support
