The following represents the currently scheduled VTP/Surplus declaration windows for represented occupational employees for the year 2020. As you know, these windows are established routinely and may not be an all-inclusive list of potential declarations:

I concur that the Arroyo org is being re-organized now and they will be some type of announce in the next few days. This news has traveled down to Director level.
Does anyone know if people in the media group (El Segundo, WarnerMedia) are going to be affected?

when I was I remember all kinds of layoffs and they were all common like this one. I call bs on your sup.
man I remember those reorgs. you know a company is too top heavy when all they do is re-org. I have been to two fortune 500 companies since I left and the only re-org that happened to me was when I switched companies. what a joke. a bunch of geniuses acting important while customers flee. good job randy enjoy retirement.
I spoke with my supervisor who not only didn't know anything, but was under the impression that word wouldn't come out for a couple of weeks. The reasoning was:
- The VP-level shakeups weren't complete yet
- After the VPs are settled, there needs to be yet another reorg (we just went through one about 4 months ago)
- Once the reorg is in place and more deck chairs are shuffled, the VP and Director level will work on headcount and evaluation
- This sort of thing never happens fast, so just bureaucracy and inertia will mean a couple of weeks before the dust settles.

I was told after the 11th, manager levels 1&2 would know where they stand as it relates to this round.
