Yep! He has to throw Wall St. a bone, and it will be a headcount reduction of 20k, and promises of HBO Max and 5G. The headcount is the most immediate step they can take!!

The lay offs will be announced to give investors confidence, and this falls in line with the 14 day window. Give the company a fresh start heading into the 2nd half of the year!! Expect a 10-15% headcount reduction!!
