I thought IHX was being surplussed and yet a ton of In Home Expert jobs just posted. What is going on?

Install techs do not trust in home experts. For example, if an address is wrong on an order, the in home expert will write a whole new order instead of having the address updated on the current order causing the install tech to have no choice but the jep the install ticket he is dispatched on. Tech then has to get new install ticket assigned to him with same install date. It messes up efficiency. It hurts the technician's metrics. At&t should bring back the Roadblock department instead of outsourcing install support group to India.
Sounds like some of you couldn't get into IHX
High turnover rate ....
IHX. Really? In Home Experts. Has AT&T really devolved to the point that we need door to door salespersons to try to get customers to buy our products?
All this department does is give credits and get into car crashes. Keep believing you are being profitable and the future of sales.
Well yeah when half of them quite or get fired. They have to hire someone to show something.
Jobs being posted and jobs being filled are 2 different things.
AT&T posts jobs to make itself look healthy in the stock market.
Home experts , LoL
Don’t believe everything you see here about IHX. People posting here hate IHX but their predictions have always been wrong. IHX is profitable and growing.
Union loves to paint everything IHX in a negative light because IHX reduces union work. IHX may have its problems, but if it’s posted here assume it’s not as bad/bleak as being portrayed.
