Saxena Town Hall - AT&T Business

Complete waste of time. Took 20 minutes out of a scheduled hour, no Q&A, and gave little to no new information. Reorg happening later this week, additional changes to be communicated soon. Compared to other town halls, this one has to take the cake. Showed little interest in communicating anything. Awful.

All of these jokers say they will follow up their THall / open mic with feedback on the unanswered questions. I don’t recall ever seeing a single follow up to all of these meetings where I at was mentioned and we know there are many of them because they openly admit they ran short in time and will follow up.

Saxena said there would be an email “after this call to explain more”.
‘After’ seems to be a relative term in this case.

Of Course he is nervous, sweating, and completely freeking out. He outsourced everything he could and now leadership is saying... “Nope, no more.... NPW’s (Non payroll Workers) will be hit the hardest. I am Hearing that linkAmerica is the only one that will not get pummeled.
So yes his outsourcing professional self should be nervous.

Hahah! Love the CSI comment below!!! It was Morse’s dog and pony show, for years. He ran it into the ground. So, they took the platform from him and shipped it to Tech Mahindra!

Something felt left out of the call, like they weren’t done with the headcount plans. He could’ve sent an email instead and been just as “transparent”. Disappointing leadership.

You may be right about their purpose, but other orgs took an hour and a half and did full live Q&A. This town hall has nothing. Complete waste.

The guy even looks sick - sweating and nervous. Unbelievable.

He was definitely on the accelerated path. He was the golden child!! Didn't he give us the CSI platform?

They hold these meeting because they have too, not to communicate, or have an audience focused agenda or discussions. And McFresh is so big on reducing the layers and improving cost structures. Ironic, all the VPs are dragging their whole team into these useless meetings and wasting time and pissing everyone off. This is embedded culture folks, can't make this stuff up. I'd love to see time tracking on how much waste is done through these management BS, have them as charge backs to executive pay. They want to waste our time, hit their wallet where it hurts the most.
