Our AVP announced to all employees a voluntary layoff package will be offered in August for management employees. Have other organizations been told this directly and specifically? If so, what org are you in?

All cuts will be made in June! Stankey takes over July 1st and does not want this distraction to drag on!! The 2nd half of the year is going to focus strictly on pulling the company out of a hole. No excess “mouths to feed” will be allowed!!
The cuts will be brutal, and those that are left are going to pick up the slack or else!!

Cuts will be made this month to save on prorated bonus payouts next year. June 14th or 15th will be the announcement date. They are not going to drag this out!!
The corporate employee meeting said Corporate staff would get a voluntary in August
It was announced in our staff meetings for corporate staff under Stankey. The cuts under McElfresh, who John does not respect or like will be involuntary in 2Q
McTURD-ELFRESH wanted 50% reductions across all Orgs.
The question about and MVO was asked on the Mcfresh call a couple of weeks ago and he was very quick to say "There will be no voluntary packages". It was one of the few questions he actually had a direct answer for.
I was specifically told there would be no MVO or any enhancements to leave. They company don't have the money as Ratty took it all. Why should they give out any $ when they can rebadge people for free?
I call BS as well.
It would make no sense because we have already been told there WILL BE forced reductions June/July and historically the force reductions are done AFTER a voluntary offer, not before.
