Anyone that says wages are the same part time has it is fulltime is a mo–n. How is an hourly rate of 32 hrs the same has 40 hrs plus possiblity of OT? Can't fix stupid.

Benefits are the same hour wage is the same less commission but 4 days a week.

32 hour will be "full benefits" how ever you work less hours and get paid less hourly. Also what ever the commission looks like you will get 80% of that. After taxes and cost of benefits.. you will be mostly working for insurance
