It is not correct that ATT has been ripping customers off for decades , they have been ripping employees and customers off every since Randall surrounded himself with sycophants and started producing emails for the rest of us schmucks !
I would just settle for them giving the appropriate pension to the workers who took the buyout and earned the money.
