It hurts all American citizens, especially people of color. 85,000 visas per year are 85,000 US citizens denied a job they are qualified for, when there are 40 millions Americans out of work. Stop the H1B visas now! Tell your senators to vote NO on S.386!

Sorabh is a citizen and has been one for a very long time, I suggest you do your research....He has close to 25 years with AT&T. We definitely need "technical" leadership at the executive level as it is seriously lacking and thankfully he is there.

It’s a myth that H1B hires are cheaper (in terms of salary and benefits) than American citizens. I know for a fact that Oracle pays their H1B staff more than an American who is equally or more educated and qualified.
Why?
CORRUPTION
The Indian government pays US lobbyists, law firms like Berry Appleman & Leiden, and politicians a lot of money to keep the H1B program going. They also buy software from companies that agree to sponsor many H1B visas.
Why? It’s cheap welfare for them. Every foreign worker that has a job with a US company is a job that worker’s home government doesn’t have to provide. Also, every H1B gets to bring their spouse, immediate family, and spouse’s family with them to the US. All of those people are then eligible for American social services and health care, which of course India doesn’t have to pay for, but you do as a US citizen.
Pretty bold to call for H1B Visa Employees to be eliminated. To think there American candidates that would be hired is ludicrous. The Company hires these people because they can get them for half of what an American would cost. It’s all about profits. Hiring American reduces the profit margin. Also an H1B Employee is just like a term employee or in other words “not for long hires.”

I hope all the ceo's learned something from covid too. they should bring manufacturing back to America so we can be self sufficient along with passing the prime act so we can our citizens food without intervention from other countries or the government.
But I won't hold my breath because they are all brainwashed from Harvard Business school to use slave labor and make 2000000000999999999999999x their lowest paid employees.
