Anyone know when retail see layoffs or closing stores or selling to AR?

Yes, in the past 2 to 3 years they have opened COR stores, but the majority of them are pop up stores with short term leases. All the fixtures are on wheels. They rolled the fixtures in and can easily roll them out.

So when you say mid-summer, how do you claim to know this? Do you actually know something or are you just speculating? Heard it from someone? If so, where did they hear it? I call fake news on you. No offense, but yeah.
The interesting thing is that over the past 2.5 - 3 years, they opened like 350 - 450 new ATTR (COR) stores. Now they're going to get rid of a bunch, apparently. It's not easy making decisions, apparently.
You probably should just drop Thaddeous and email and ask. Retail should have been thinned long ago.
From what I understand the majority is going to be mid summer.
