It’s June and our bank wide performance objective hasn’t been defined? Guess it’s not a priority.

I do notice the coworkers in India have a lot of experience in the medical side, but require a lot of support in development.
it was like that in Marketing, I would go above and beyond and suddenly that was in my objectives so they didn't have to give me credit.
yeah great job Saul and the rest of IT saying that this year is different. it's not. asked to sign off on incomplete objectives before the end of first quarter. when I asked why we were signing off on incomplete objectives, I was told to just acknowledge them and worry about that later. getting close to the end of 2nd quarter and still see no movement.
b4 Saul and Charlie, this worked out fine, because we still eventually received objectives, generally fair evaluations and our bonuses. this year, not counting on that to happen. they'll set an impossible objective in the 3rd or 4th quarter and oops - sorry , no bonus for you, in fact you can't even meet the basic objectives of your jobs, sorry, we'll have to let you go you poor performer.
How can people be let go without performance objectives?
Hahaha...I haven't even thought about that due to the world going to hell in a hand basket for the last three months. You are right! Of course when they do roll around to getting it finalized you can bet they will put the pressure on managers....Get it in comp express NOW. Have a one/one with all your TM. Then have the TM acknowledge it NOW. And if course pretend that those objectives have been there since January. LOL. What a joke.
Why bother? No bonuses coming this year!
