“u do know to qualify for MR75 u have to have the exact milestone ages: 50, 55, 60(& possibly 65). Years of service are flexible, but age has to be in the increments of 5. Ie: 50 w/25 YOS is good for MR75, 53 w/ 30 YOS is no good for MR75.”
You can be any age with 30 years of service.
Don't worry. Be happy.
You go to be cool. Relax.

Good luck. The end of something bad becomes the beginning of something good
In the SW region they took out age of 60 (and 15 yrs of service)....it’s only age of 50, 55, & 65 (with 25, 20, and at least 10 yrs of service respectively). It changed with last contract or so....for non-management.

I met the MR75 three years ago. Go ahead, AT&T. Surplus my job. I'll leave here with a full pension, 401k, a smile on my face and no services from this piece of sh!t company. I double dog dare you.
The moderators on this site "Blacklisted my IP". What fukking M0R0ns. I'll just use a VPN and another IP address. Idi0ts.
@xni+15inrZ2e Well said and true - new employees should run the other way and don't look back.
I love my job at At&t. I am a Central Office tech.Every day is different and actually have to use my brain at times. Have 20 years service. Would like 10 more. Probably won't happen.
haha
Man all these comments about old people. I left in my 50’s. Had two offers the first two resumes I sent out. Att didn’t deserve my experience and expertise. I could see where att was headed and wanted to be with a growing company not a dying one. Att is like a funeral home. Not sure how anybody with any kind of skills stays. There is more money out there than att can pay.
Folks have been there 15 yrs too long. They thought they could skate-by and do nothing. You shouldn’t hate ATT, they should have let you go years ago. Now, all you old farts are 60 yrs old, and still need a paycheck. Good luck!
as usual AT&T timing is all wrong for us
Not those making over $250k!
