Hiring someone with actual accomplishments and qualifications? Not this C-suite ... the jealousy and fear would be wild.

Interesting, I was told I needed to expand my education beyond a B.S. and get my Masters to be able to advance anywhere in the company by my prior Management. That comment always made me feel insecure.
