If you’re let go in the next several months (thinking later summer or fall), do you still get your bonus? Wondering if there’s any scenario where that’s possible

Will find out when they make the official announcement. They are being managed by the Activist investors at this point, payout will be alot less due to financial impacts (real or not) if there is one at all.
Forget about the quarterly target results - I have yet to see any communication about what we are tracking for our bonus.
Bonus?? Have you seen ANY communication on how our quarterly target is. I haven’t and I suspect it is because there will be no bonus for 2020.
Yes, you get your annual bonus, which is another reason why people who get hit may have chosen to stay the extra 60 days ... 2 more months of pro-rated bonus next year as well as accrued PTO. But this time around no such choice .... they’ve got everything ‘neatly wrapped up’ by end of June.
I seriously doubt there will be any kind of bonus next year.
Maybe for the executive levels, but the rank and file will probably see nothing.
Yes. My friend who got laid off last year March'2019 got 3 months worth of bonus this year during the regular bonus cycle.
It depends. In past years they did. Technically yo get a bonus you have to be on payroll 12:31.
Yes, your bonus is not having to read upper management’s emails full of excrement anymore.
Yes, the following March.
Next year, when the bonuses for 2020 come out, you would get a prorated version for the percentage of the year that you were still an employee. You wouldn't get the full amount.
Yes. You should get it prorated for time served. They won't pay out until next rmyear at bonus time.
