IHX is adding over 700 new In home expert positions this summer and early fall nationwide. IHX, FirstNet, and mobility business sales will all be increasing headcount in ACC.
I would think IHX would definitely be the easiest to chop first. Honestly I can’t believe that title even lasted as long as it has. In my area they’ve just started coming out to jobs again, but they don’t even get out of the car. They park out front or a cpl doors down & don’t even attempt to make cx contact, sit there for about maybe 20 mins & take off lol. I even asked the one what’s the deal with that ? & he says it’s up to them due to Covid if they don’t feel safe they don’t have to try & get inside. Which this guy didn’t...so...what’s the point of driving to a cx premise to not even attempt to make cx contact either in person or even a phone call?
IHX isn't safe at all lol I get youre trying to calm these folks but have you seen the new playbook? I can't talk about it but it isn't good. Also, i cant say much but there is an investigation going on in our market and it isn't pretty. You must be in a market where they have a union.
IHX reps are safe and there will actually be more jobs coming. But management structure is always up in the air.
I'm COR and concerned. But very worried for my IHX friend w 1yr tenure
