Anyone know when the layoffs start for retail stores? Or if T is going to sell stores to authorized retailers?

I'd say that nobody actually commenting on this site will know anything until an email is sent to the entire company. Having said that, I know of a single store in the Dallas area that has been converted to an authorized retailer. While I'm sure the plan is to do this to the majority of stores, my general opinion is that it will be a slow transition over hopefully many years. The one store I know of where it has happened used to be a slower store. One of the slowest in North Texas iirc. If you're at a store that usually averages more than 10 customers each day, you shouldn't be extremely worried at this immediate moment, hopefully.
