COVID provides the perfect cover to brush it under the rug. Less push back from the media and gov. Having Covid as the perfect excuse since profits are going down. This allows them to expedite as many employees as fast as they can.

To @has+15flM5s3 SVPs report to EVPs so you should have said 2 SVP per each EVP . Yes, all this reorg did was get rid of a few EVPs and move SVPs to another EVP without flattening the structure. We need to eliminate a few positions like no EVP, SVP, AVP, Assoc Directors resulting in L1/L2 then Mgr then Director then VP Then President/CEO as a start to cut down this bloated org structur
Same BS, SVP with 2 EVP direct reports. Must be a lot of work to manage 2 people.

it seems with all the new organizations being created by this re-org, there are more new layers added instead of trimming them.
