This is not the first rodeo with trying to implement CRM in Sales front-end.....They gave this a shot more than once over 10 yrs ago...was a nightmare. Now that we have lost the most knowledgeable resources with sales front-end application expertise, the business knowledge and acumen to IBM (most already laid off due to outsourcing to India). I try to be optimistic but history tends to repeat itself at the T, You may want to bring back the couple still at IBM. IBM knows better than to release these folks but IBM will in due time due to lack of T projects and funding.

Looks like a previous comment in one of the sales force threads is missing. The one where the CEO of Salesforce referred to our CEO as visionary, best was when he referred to the same person as CEO of ATT wireless. Hey Mr. Salesforce CEO, that visionary leader you mentioned is the CEO of ATT Communications. Great start, sounds like he barely knows our “visionary leader“. I wonder who he inked this deal with.

Lol my single source of truth as an att customer will soon be ZERO or BLANK cannot get away from their billing fast enough. Poor sales force should of asked for more money they do not know what a spider’s nest the just entered.

and this my friends is what's wrong with T in a nutshell.. The economy is heading towards a depression , instead of investing wisely in the future T buys this garbage bloated Salesforce CRM, because you know we don't have "any" CRM tools . I love how T just throws away millions of dollars on building inhouse systems for CRM and then poof, let's get a more expensive vendor product.

Similar thing happened with AT&T connect, I remember they just upgraded the Window client and less than six months later, poof we're using WebEx now.

When management is more concerned about vendor kickbacks instead of the future of the company the outcome wont be good.
