I work retail but my union stewart wouldn’t do anything about points coming back on june 1 so i went on the Osha web site and filed a complaint if everyone does it then they will have to stop points coming back

You can't avoid work forever. It's unrealistic at this point to expect to not have to work and still get paid. If you show up and show up on time, points wont be an issue. Take the appropriate precautions and show up, or if you really feel unsafe, burn vacation or possibly quit.

Not true, don’t believe what the trolls say about nothing being done. Companies care when there is a complaint to any of those entities because it’s investigated and puts them on the radar. That doesn’t mean they will rule in your favor, it depends on whether there is an infraction. You may have to make a Dept of Labor complaint.

I had to do it once, I even went over the local president because I needed action after waiting weeks! look on the CWA website, it should tell you of the state rep for the union (yes each district has state reps ) get a name and email them! I bet you that would get it faster and hotter than a 5 alarm fire! I sent a copy of the email in my case of when I reached out with no success... within ONE hour of emailing my cwa state rep , I received a DIRECT CALL FROM the local president... (I believe there are at least 2 state reps per state)
